Cancellation policy
If a traveler cancels their booking, this set cancellation policy will help answer a lot of questions for both parties. Travelers will know how much of a refund they might get, and our system will be able to calculate and automate the process for you.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund unless the condo is re-rented for this time period.

If cancellation is Covid related this is subject to change.

Not allowed to hang anything over terrace railing to dry or for any reason.
NEVER run air conditioning while doors or windows open. Units will freeze up and you will not have air conditioning.

If cancelled and condo is re-rented for that time frame then rental monies to be refunded.
All rules are accepted and understood by renters.
